... This new battle system sucks for mechs. >________________> No, moves would be more like "Attack target A with weapons 1, 2, and 3 while defending from enemy Alpha with the shield."

Well, I just don't like all the limitations. If I want to smack every button on my console and fire all of my guns at once, I should be allowed.... unless that's still allowed.
Becuase... for mechs, it doesn't really fit. I understand why it makes sense for armies; they only have the capacity to order so many things and observe so much of the field, so the limitations are justified. However, in a mech's case, he's sitting behind a main console. He just pushes buttons, and there's only his ship to worry about... you see what I'm getting at?
I'm not against the system... it just doesn't really make full sense to me yet.

Sixteen moves is hardly anything (Most battles--If defending--Will probably give the army more like eight or ten). I mean, a CO is going to be able to give more than one command at once--Especially for me, because my System Headquarters sends active messages to all of my stuff to streamline their movements!

It's one of WD's upgrade. HQ now communicates directly with all troops at once to coordinate movement.

Dumple, we've abolished 16 moves. It's now more like one ultra-big move.
And tin, it is still allowed. You can do as much as feasible to do at once. You just don't send in plans for the future.

...One ultra-big move? That's a heck of a lot worse, because it forces everything to do something general. It's basically dropping it to one command, not sixteen, because the more you have to deal with, the more general your move will be.

OH GOD NO THIS IS HORRIBLY COMPLICATED
So, yeah. I don't like this idea, at all. It's too... vague. If this rule was enforced, I would no longer write battles.

You can do as much as you want in one move.

Alright, that's different. By "Ultra-big," I thought you meant that you would just give your whole army a command.

So are we testing it, or do we need a few more things to work out? And I do mean the Black Hole Battle, Vidguy(sorry, but I don't see any others going on). Well, how the hell is that going to work when we've already sent in plans? Under this new system, all of our moves and ideas won't work, so we're just going to have vital parts of our plan going kaput because we didn't bring enough Captains or whatever stupid reason. I don't see the problem in WAITING for another battle to come before we try it, rather than trying to implement it in a battle where the plans have already been set!

We dropped the Officer = Amount of plans, I believe.

My point is, I'm not going to rewrite my plans because Maka proposed an idea that Doomship liked a little after we started the battle; especially when he didn't even ask if it would be okay with those involved.
