So no Officer = How much you can do? Alright, I'm glad that worked. Now, we need to figure out what Officers give what bonuses. Although, that is up to the individual involved, we need to figure out how much, at least.

And bandits and mercs don't get that, right?
Right...?

Alright, I like the way this is going now. But one other thing--Maka brought up the point that plans might stretch on for too long...so we'll need some kind of limit on them. Maybe...uh...plans can only relate to the upcoming events, not things like, "At the end of the battle, Dr. Blargg will sneak away and..." That kind of thing. Ho ho, Advance Wars COs might form a few of my captains...

Long plans aren't a bad thing. It's better than having short plans. And having a few things in advance is always a good thing.

Yeah, but we don't want the huge glob of plans like we got in the last few versions, which is one of the reasons in shortening the battle segments.

No objections. Hey, how about we use the battle that's going on in The Wars as a test for this system? I hope you don't mean the Black Hole-Alliance Battle... WE WORKED HARD ON THOSE PLANS! Well, I don't see any reason not to try it. There should definately be a battle that we use as a trial for the system. But this isn't completely replacing the old system, correct? I think that both systems should be available, in case some members have difficulty making the conversion.

I think that we're going to try it on a battle and see how it works.

So are we testing it, or do we need a few more things to work out? And I do mean the Black Hole Battle, Vidguy(sorry, but I don't see any others going on).

Wait a minute...
...how the hairballs do mechs fit into this?
"I'm gonna command myself to fire a laser!"
"Hey self, fire laser!"
"OK!"
*fires laser*
"Now I'll wait until he retaliates before shooting anything else/moving elsewhere."

Pretty much. That's all they really need to do.
You could command yourself to fire multiple lasers and a missile, though.
