So far, I only have Artifacts, in terms of how this goes, so I should probably explain a little about how they work.
Artifacts have both a passive and an active ability when junctioned to one of my Shaman. As well, I have a number of sets, depending on the primary power source that must be disabled in order to disable the Artifact itself, and who the Artifact is junctioned to, and what set it is part of. As well, Artifacts are only usable in the form that corresponds with the power source, so no Pure Hearts in one of the other forms.
When Artifacts are junctioned, the Passive Power is constantly in effect. When the Active Power, or the power that must be activated, is used, the Artifact is drained for the duration of the battle, and neither the Active nor the Passive Power is allowed to be used until recharged.

Pure Hearts
Power Source: Nature
Pure Heart of Wind (Merlee)
Active Power: Sysadai. When this spell is activated, a powerful downdraft is created, which knocks down all enemy troops with a burst of wind. Allied troops hit by this have their agility increased.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of wind and air.
Pure Heart of Moon (Merlee)
Active Power: Tylol. When this spell is activated, the field goes dark. A powerful crescent beam issues forth across the battlefield, sweeping the battlefield from the East. The damage is lunar, and affects enemy troops. Enemy troops hit by this have their accuracy decreased.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of lunar energy.
Pure Heart of Fire (Merlon)
Active Power: Thasi. When this spell is activated, a powerful burst of fire radiates from the center of the battlefield. Allied troops that are hit by this have their physical attacks increased in strength.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of any type of fire. Also allows the temperature to be increased.
Pure Heart of Thunder (Merlon)
Active Power: Shes. When the spell is activated, lightning bolts strike across the battlefield, coming from the South. Enemy troops are damaged by this, and allied troops hit by this have their evasion increased.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of electrical energy.
Pure Heart of Water (Merluvlee)
Active Power: Thyr. When this spell is activated, a massive sphere of water is created around the edge of the battlefield. It then constricts, forcing enemy troops hit by it towards the center of the battlefield. Enemy troops hit by this have their strength decreased.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of water.
Pure Heart of Ice (Merluvlee)
Active Power: Thaeji. When this spell is activated, a powerful hailstorm powers across the battlefield from the West. Enemy troops are the ones affected, and they have their evasion decreased when they are hit by this.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of ice, and other frozen substances. Also allows the temperature to be dropped.
Pure Heart of Earth (Merle)
Active Power: Ceji. When this spell is activated, the entire ground rumbles as jagged spikes of earth fly out of the ground, striking enemies all over the battlefield. Enemy troops also have their agility decreased when hit by this.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control and dispelling of earth.
Pure Heart of Forest (Merle)
Active Power: Peir. When this spell is activated, vines, tree branches, and all sorts of other things begin to grow, marching across the battlefield from the North, ensnaring all enemy troops that are hit, and damaging them with thorns. Allied troops who are in the way get their evasion increased.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of plants.
Pure Heart of Light (Merlar)
Active Power: Cylia. When this spell is activated, light begins to pour down from the heavens, and affect the battlefield in some way. How the light goes across the battlefield is left up to the mod, unlike with the other Hearts. Allied troops have their HP increased and restored. The light also damages enemy troops.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of light, as well as holy energy.
Pure Heart of Darkness (Merlar)
Active Power: Paeras. When this spell is activated, darkness begins to creep from the pits of despair. Like with Light, the darkness travels across the battlefield in some random way. Enemy troops hit by this lost a nice touch of HP, as well as having a constant HP draining effect on them.
Passive Power: Allows the creation, control, and dispelling of darkness, shadow, and unholy energy.
Crystal Stars
Power Source: Divine
Diamond Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Earth Tremor. The standard ability of the Diamond Star. When activated, a massive Diamond Star materializes on the battlefield, and slams into the ground, crushing units under it, as well as releasing a massive wave of energy. The damage is non-elemental, and can hit flying units.
Emerald Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Clock Out. The standard ability of the Emerald Star. When activated, time itself slows down around the user. Allies are not affected, and the effects lessen the further away you are from the user.
Gold Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Power Lift. The standard ability of the Gold Star. When activated, Merlee and the other Shaman receive a boost in their offensive and defensive capabilities.
Ruby Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Art Attack. The standard ability of the Ruby Star. When activated, Merlee is able to attack specific targets with powerful attacks for a time. She mentally draws circles around the units or unit that she wants attacked, allowing for precise damage.
Sapphire Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Sweet Treat. The standard ability of the Sapphire Star. When activated, a massive amount of energy is created, causing nearby allied troops and machines to be fixed to their full potential. Negative status effects are also dispelled.
Garnet Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Showstopper. The standard ability of the Garnet Star. Allows the death or destruction of troops or war machines that Merlee chooses.
Crystal Star (Merlee)
Active Power: Supernova. The standard ability of the Crystal Star. A massive release of negative energy.
