Well how would you stand up against the mighty Proffesor Elvin Gadd?

You mean his science and robotic aspect? I have Metal and Thunder, which should take care of most. Water and Time could cause rust, and Fire and Ice could cause the metal to quickly wear out. Tons of ideas.

Technology, when well developed enough, is comparable to magic. Think. You're sitting at a computer. Technology. And right now, you're chatting on this chat board. Technology. And most of your magic can be useless with the push of a button.
(If Bulbmin has it, I don't see why it's not okay if I do.)

Well, the thing is that if you try using no magic, I've still got elemental blitz tactics. Which is why I'm still not petrified of the SQ. I like the fluff though.
That's what my Shaman do. Elemental control, a connection to the universe. Magic is nice, and I can even use it in anti-magic areas, but elements are deadly to all.

Like what? Pray tell, because the way I have the elements, I doubt you can defend against them all. 20 different ways to beat someone. No shield can stop them all.

Um, kill the people that supply most, invent something fancy with Gadd's kit?

Well, I think that it wouldn't work as easily as you'd think. It generates some form of energy, which means I can manipulate it.

Oh yeah, we were arguing.
Weird now that we are just plain talking.
Anyways, I can turn this right around. I have certain weakness', vague, mysterious weakness', in everything I make, so that if turned against me, I can exploit them.

Hmm, well, you seem to have almost all of the elements and sub-elements.

Almost? What isn't covered in some way? Trust me, these can cover a broad swath of powers. Light, for instance, also relates to life, healing, stuff like that.
And yes, I have a lot. One of these is basically a catch all for what isn't covered in some way.

Well, Law and Chaos are the the two most obvious ones. There's also some sub-elements, like Steam, Mud and Lava.

Paraelementals from DnD won't appear. Not enough diversity.
And I also don't include moral or ethical alignments as elements.
