KOOPLEY[/u][/size]
Current Status: Super Hero
Koopley is a middle-aged Koopa who has found inner peace within himself. He wears a brown hate with a darker brown strap right around the edge. 1/4 of the side of the hat is folded up.
Koopley loves to smell flowers and tinker with random machines. He uses his favorite Wrench, whom he calls Sherl at times, to whack machines and fix them, or fix already broken ones.
Pistol
Koopley always keeps a small, compact pistol in his belt. It contains 50 bullets to use incase of emergency, and comes loaded.
Jet Pack
The Jet Pack strapped to Koopley's back allow faster movement and flying capabilities. All most all of Koopley's abilities can be used in the air, in addition to being able to fly over walls and such.
A.I. Control
During a battle, when he has stunned a machine with his chips, if Koopley can get on it, he can put a small chip on the controls. This chip will automatically control the machine to act as if it were under his control. The A.I. is automatically destroyed at the end of the battle or if the chip is damaged. At the end of the battle, the machine will be under Koopley's ownership. Does not work on Uber War Machines.
Machine Stun
By throwing small, barely visible chips onto machines, Koopley is able to temporaily stun them. While stunned, the machine cannot attack or move by itself. Koopley is an expert marksman, and has been trained to throw with precise accuracy. On Uber War Machines, it only slightly decreased speed and weapon damage for a few minutes.
Ionic Assault Rifle
Koopley now carries an M16 shaped rifle on his back. The barrel fires a concentrated laser that rips apart the targets atomic structure, which looks like the target is being melted.. It fires for 5 seconds as long as the trigger is held down, and then requires another 3 seconds to charge. This essentially gives it a burst fire mechanism.
Legendary Weapon: Tinker's Wrench
Koopley's Tinker's Wrench is a special weapon for use only with Tinkers. He found it at an old flea market years ago, and since has adopted the craft. Tinkers is basically fiddling around with machines to create new, experimental ones. It also includes fixing machines.
Whack
Koopley can use the standard sense of getting a wrench: use it to whack someone. It is very effective against armored and unarmored troops. However, it doesn't work well against ranged troops.
Tinker
Whenever Koopley can fiddle with a machine, he usually does. In the middle of a battle, he can do small things like increase speed or weapon damage; he can also re-arm things with depletable ammo, or give a machine the ability to auto-generate some health. All of these effects wear off after-battle, and can be applied before battle. When out of battle, Koopley can give much better upgrades. He can add Missile Launchers, machine guns, jets to improve speed, more troops to carry, etc. However, he cannot do anything too major.
Tinker Machine
In the middle of Battle, Koopley can make a quick machine out of some armor metal or scrap metal he keeps in a pouch. The machine is called a Grub, and the type varies. It can have a spike, an acid spitter, a small dagger, small jets to make it fly, even a rocket or two on it. The more metal, usually the better/more upgrades.

Battle Deployables[/i]
Battle Deployables can only be activated by Koopley. They are small chips he keeps in his pockets that when they sense heat over their sensors, they activate in a few seconds. Each one must be manually built, however they can be recovered after battle and are automatically disengaged when their use has ended (I.E. an enemy has covered the barrel of the gun with something it can't fire through.)

When deployed, a small hole appears in the ground with the metal bunker covering it. Small stairs appear in front of Koopley, with a sealable door. The bunker holds 250 troops a piece. In the walls are small slits for troops to fire out of. the holes are so small that it is near impossible for an outside force to fire inside. The bunker itself is near indestructible, however the door can be still be opened, although hard without destructive force.
Battle Deployable: RPG Turret
Similar to the Sniper Turret, the RPG Turret fires automatically. It automatically aims it at enemies as well. It can rotate up to 45o degrees up and down, and 360o degrees around. The weapon itself fires a missile that automatically follows its target once it's fired. It never runs out of ammo. Its priority is

Dispenser
The Dispenser is a small, rectangular stand that can be put up in battle. Any allied troops within a 50 meter radius are given munitions and health. It functions as a self-sufficient entity, so it cannot be hacked.
Nova Bomb
A small scale bomb, usually planted on base defences, buildings, etc. It detonates after 10 minutes, and can take out one building. It doesn't blow up the whole building, but rather creates a small explosion near the bottom which replicates a 10.0 Earthquake in a small area, shaking the building until it falls. It functions without electronics, save for the timer, so it cannot be hacked or anything. It can be broken with sufficient force, however.
A.I.[/u]
Koopley's developed A.I. has a feminine personality. 'She' goes by the name Lizzie. She is highly moddable, allowing for many upgrades. She cannot be hacked, as she is sentient.
Battle Progess
Lizzie can give Koopley up-to-the-second reports on how his troops battles are faring. If a whole front has been wiped out, or if there happens to be a huge war machine blocked their way, Koopley will know about it. He can also communicate with his Commanders through Lizzie.
Adaptive A.I.
Whenever someone tries to hack into Lizzie, she can prevent it by analyzing the type of hacking and making herself immune to it. Lizzie can also analyze the people Koopley is fightings' fighting style, allowing her to assess their weakness after some time in a battle.
Hacking
Lizzie, being part machine, can hack into even the most most challenging computer. However, she cannot do this if the machine has anti-hacking software. When hacked, a machine can be shut down or controlled by Lizzie.
Internet
Lizzie is now connected to the Internet. She can look up almost anything on the Internet. The more abilities/upgrades the thing has she's trying to look up, the more info she finds.

A fast, 1 man airplane, Koopley's Jet needs little room to take off and land. It has Titanium armor, making it very hard to destroy. It is Koopley's Uber Transport.

Specially develop missiles, Koopley's jet has 4. They are designed to pierce even the toughest armor, resulting in armored vehicles being severely damaged. However, they have a smaller explosion then normal missiles, so they do not work well as crowd control.
