this is an upgrade I want to do for duck. it's basically a bionic eye that has cool abilities. I'll list them all, tell me if you think any individual ability is godmodding, and either we can come to an agreement or I'll remove it entirely. also know that this will take 50 days.
X-RAY: I was gonna do a bird pun for every one of these, but I couldn't think of one for a few and just dropped them all. this one's easy enough, it allows him to see through any non-metal material.
LASER: a single piercing laser. it's not very effective in battle due to the beam's size, but it'll cut through most walls like butter.
NIGHT VISION: as soon as it gets dark, the night vision kicks in, allowing duck to see perfectly. additionally, when a light goes back on, this mode can deactivate in approximately a third of the time it takes for a bee to flap its wings, so you can't blind him by shining a strobe light in has face while he's using this.
HYPNO-VISION: duck can hypnotize anyone who looks into the eye for too long. however, he can't control them while they're hypnotized, so it basically turns them into babbling drool monkeys for a while.
THE ALL-SEEING EYE: this one will come with an extra 30-day attachment, which is a crystal ball. it allows him to see(but not hear)anybody as long as he can identify them by name. to make it so I don't just say I see everybody every time they do anything, every time I make a log, I'll say who I'm currently observing, and I'll continue observing that someone until my next log.
BEACON: if duck needs to call backup, e shines a very bright sequence of flashes into the sky. this attracts all birds who see it to his side, in pretty much the same way a bug zapper's light attracts bugs.
QUICK-DRAW: the eye increases duck's hand-eye coordination ten-fold, making it much easier to dodge projectiles and the like.
that's all I have for now. the reason I'm making this is because, if every other hero gets a needless number of abilities, so should duck. >_>
