I'd pretty much agree with that, although you can't deny that there is still some strategy involved, while minimal compared to Advance Wars.

Oh, sure, I know that, it's just that action is the main thing for Battalion Wars while it's strategy for Advance Wars. I'd emphasize it moreso if Battalion Wars didn't have such a strong rock-paper-scissors kind of system. In Advance Wars, that usually only strays to the ships (Cruiser beats Sub, Sub beats anything that's not a Cruiser or maybe another Sub, Battleship beats Cruiser and other ships, but not Subs). "Other ships" would constitute Landers, Black Boats, and Aircraft Carriers.

Yes, it was my choice, however, at the time of entering the battle, I was unaware I would be put to a halt for 1 week. If I had known beforehand I would not haven enetered the battle. Rydon, I'm in the same position, but I'm not complaining. Though, I think that waiting for the Beanbean Bandits' attacks to get over with have given me the patience I need to wait this out. It's only one week, Rydon, and it's SUMMER! Don't focus on this for the entire season! Take a break from this, and it'll go by much faster. But you don't have customers waiting in line. I've already had to pay Doomship 500 coins for my tardyness.(sp?)

"Other ships" would constitute Landers, Black Boats, and Aircraft Carriers. Well, being good a rock-paper-scissors really only helps during the first campaign. In later campaigns, you start seeing the enemy having Rock and Scissors in the same area, and then it gets interesting. Again, action is still the focus of the game, but if you've played it (have you? I don't remember) then you'll see that there are several areas that make you think. The first mission of the last campaign comes to mind.
