Alright, this was a concept I completely stole from OGame thought of completely independently, and after discussing it with vidguy, decided it was an issue that would likely apply to similar projects, so I brought it here.
Essentially, it's a building in space. BUT- not just any building in space. This building can tell me about any troop movements that occur. If troops are attacking, defending, or establishing a base, I know where they're from, where they're going, who they're from, and who they're fighting. I can also get a rough estimate of army size. Now, we decided that this was too powerful, but I'd like to see what you guys think of troop movement sensors, what needs to be toned down, or what can be toned up.
Oh, and it currently is listed as a thirty day project.

Like I said, there's very little in this field, so I think it would be best to get everything out there so we know what's going on.
EDIT: Plus, I just noticed my Auto-Alarm doesn't specify that it only works at Red's Galaxy Reactor, so I can occupy Mushroom Gorge without it.

I'm with Water Dumple here. Something like that would be 70 Days minimum.
Also, I think people need to stop relying on stuff like sensors and radar and whatnot. With all the nonsense with this sort of thing last wars, I think I'll do a project to make all my troops and stuff undetectable by sensors/radar/whatever. oh, and I need to make all my machines hacking and EMP proof. The new AI should take care of the hacking part at least.
Also, why Mushroom Gorge?

Cool music, it's got mushrooms and I'm Toad based army, it's got a cave for Dig-Dug to dig in, and I needed a place to occupy, so I picked it.
EDIT: And, the main reason I want the sensor phalanx is so that I know what's actually happening. I can't find anything about an army, just who they are and where they're going.

I'm building Toad Factory right next to it. Essentially the same base, but I can't put it in the Gorge itself.

Wouldn't Toad Factory be more awesome? You mean Hilter's Factory right? Freaky thing; you know how sometimes your Mii's will appear in lieu of Mario characters? Playing Toad's Factory with a few friends, we all just stop dead once we see HiLter's face on Toad's body. IT'S NOT A FACTORY- IT'S A CAMP! 'nother freaky thing; Castro showed up in Koopa Cape.
