Okay, I've volunteered to write the revised ruleset for Version IV/Legit Version III...sho I needsh to know the rule changesh we're making, shee? [/hick] Here's what I know so far:
-You are allowed one out-of-Mario reference in your army. It should not be major, however--Something like a troop type or war machine type.
-In terms of troop starting amounts, gaining troops every day, troop totals, and so on, everything is divided by four. Get 125 troops a day, have a max of 50,000, and so on.
-Every internal day, you gain 25 Civilians in your army. These are worthless bystanders most of the time, but aren't always worthless as you can have a factory for every 1,000 Civilians in your base. They can be kidnapped, napkidded, or kidkilled, but you can't do anything to up your number of Civs every day. In emergencies, they can be changed into troops, but it can't work backwards. If you get 25,000 Civilians, you get a bonus. It's the same as before.
-Now, you can have five project slots running at once. It's...it's almost six!
-Base Defenses must be made individually and each one has a position in your base. However, they have a little more armor than before and can be made in Base Defense factories. They can also be made faster than before, but I can't guarantee that anything below 10 days will do much.
-War Machine/Base Defense factories can have three worklines, tops. It costs a 15-day project to add a workline, and it counts off 500 Civilians from your total available.
Anyhow, this is all I know off the top of my head. I edited a few of them just a little bit, are they okay? Any I forgot?
