Right, i can see people making new armys in the Wars and SMKW, does this mean they are changing armies or have been defeated an are re-entering?
I'm confused, or is each topic a new wars or what?

Mostly it's changing armies, however, occasionally there are new people making completely new armies.
I don't really get what you mean by the second question, though.

Hmm, Oh right. I don't play the wars so bare with me. Just I remember peoples older armies and then I see newer ones. Isn't their a penalty for changing?
