I agrre with the no troops for Bandits and Mercs thing. A Hero is more than enough at this stage.

Thanks, PM. Actually, it was supposed to be 75, I just missed it, and it was pure chance that 300 is 75 when divided by four there. Anyhow, I'm not here to argue for different rules, but I would suggest one thing: Bandits and Mercs only get 25 troops a day instead of 75, and start with 0. Will that work? And, yeah, I think the power shift for Bandits works best. That way, the Patsy incident could be justified.

Hero Power Switch? Explain. Rydon's post: You gain 1 Reserve Hero. For example, you can shift the power around with 6 characters. Only five may be a hero at a time. So, if you had 5 Power/Brute heroes, you could make the reserve hero a stealth hero or something. So you could go into battle with 4 Brute Heroes and one Stealth Hero, or 5 Brute Heroes.
