Merloo wants to send in aid* to his allies, Pennington and Red in the Frostbite Battle but if I'm correct they are currently hiring Fawful and Merloo is out of the loop of the 3.
For a while we've enforced the rule of 3 Armies at a time in a alliance but I wanted your guy's opinion on this matter.
Should Merloo be allowed to help his allies even though their current alliance already has 3 at the battle?
*Aid as in sending an artifact, not being directly involved

No, because I'm almost certain that you can't have more than three armies on one side. You'll recall that we had an issue with that in the last version, so I believe we made that a rule then.

That's what I was thinking. Just wanted a little back up on it though.

My involvement was going to be me sending them an Artifact. That was it. Not me sending an entire group.

I see the Frostbite event as just that, a RE, not subjected to the rules on three per side. I will say this, I didn't join the RE to fight Yoshimaster and allies; instead, it was their own fault joining to attack, while magically discovering that my army was at the RE, where as my own Investigator and Slueth can't even pin down the enemies location.

One day its just an artifact; the next, its 10000 troops. >_>
So, no.

And people get on my case when I use extremes.
Also, where did I get 10000 troops from?

As much as I'd love to have extra support on our team, I say no.
Whether a Hero or an Artifact, Merloo would be participating in the battle when the maximum number of allies per battle has been reached. Sorry, Merloo, maybe next time.

I think that most would agree that isn't indirect. Just saying.

It is if you 'give' your allies 1000 troops.

I think that most would agree that isn't indirect. Just saying. How would sending an artifact be any different? You're sending an item instead of some troops; that's the only difference, as it's still assistance.
