I/we/you could go make a topic on the GameFAQS RP board, with a link and synopsis. This is an RP (kinda) and that's a social board, so it would be cool.
If that's okay.

Well, I'm a little worried about doing that myself, but if any of you want to, go ahead.

I have to disagree. New members would actually stir up these wars. So far they have become a bit too steady and calm. If you think we have enough characters, then we need a real RE to happen, something that really shakes up everyone. Along the lines of the one Petey made, or at least something that major.

I rarely never use my GameFAQs account, so I could if no one else wants to.

Umm, I'll try.
Super Mushroom Kingdom Wars is a real-time strategy game, like an RP of sorts, but with special rules and features. As you may have guessed, these wars involve characters from the Mario series, and also those that are part of the series, but have sort of branched off in their own game series (ie: Wario, Donkey Kong, etc.). This is what you do. To start off, you create an "army". You make this army in what we call a log. Log templates are provided on the site. You fill out the template with characters that have not already been taken by other members. So, let's say you choose Mario as your general. He is the commander of your army. Then, let's say you want to have Luigi as an officer. But wait! Luigi is already in another army. You then must think of someone else. If you want, feel free to come up with creative character names and descriptions. The characters don't have to be from the Mario series; the species, however, do. Alright, so far we have Mario, and say, Peach as an officer. Now you need some troops. To start off, you can have 2,500 troops by your side, while gaining some every day. So, you can have some Hammer Bros, some Bloopers, some Koopas. And feel free to add in some creativity. For example: Ice Bros, Poison Bloopers, Spikeshell Koopas, whatever. Make sure you tell us all about what this particular unit can do. Also, try to stay in some theme. Bowser wouldn't have Toads in his army, for example. Okay, so you have your officers and troops. Now, you need a base. Choose any location from any Mario game ever, like Crystal Palace, Flipside, Rainbow Road, etc. This location, however, mustn't currently be occupied. You can also make up a base, but you have to put it somewhere related to something already in existance. For example, you could make Mushroom Fortress, and say it is only a few miles south of Toad Town. Also, you start off with coins and civilians. Coins can be used to by stuff, and civilians are your people, whom you need to do certain things. You can also have allies, which helps in battle. You can work on projects to further your chance of survival, such as building war machines, factories, base defenses and the likes. Make sure your putting down any current machines, factories, and base defenses you have in your log. And, those things must be completed with a project. Finally, finish up the log by actually writing a log. You can have one, a few, or all of your current officers write a log about todays happenings, what projects are going on, what your plans are, and stuff. Armies are also entitled to heroes, uber units, and uber war machines. These are powerful versions of officers, troops, and machines, respectively. Usually, you must do a quest or a long project to get them (aside from uber units, they don't take too long to get). These quests are a written story which you write. For example, if you want Mario to be a hero, you could go on a quest to find power stars or something. Then, each day, you would add on to this quest. There are some really great quests on the site that you can read to get some ideas.
If an army class is not your cup of tea, there are three other classes to choose from to add some variety. The first is the bandit class. It is made up of five heroes, that weild legendary weapons. But, you must quest/do a project to get these things. They also have a small amount of troops to help them in battle. Mercenaries are Super Heroes, basically three heroes in one, and they are the second other class. They also can have a legendary weapon, AND an Uber Transport to get them around. They usually do knock-off jobs for other players. They also have a small brigade of troops. The last other class is Mechanic. This guy is a lone officer, with some troops, whose main weapon is an Uber War Machine. This war machine proves more powerful than most, and you can do projects to add on to it. Though these three classes are quick to achieve full power, an army's strength will eventually surpass them, given the chance. Keep this in mind.
Now, the main point of the game is to update your log every day or so, do projects, and of course, go to war. War is started when you declare it on someone, or someone declares it on you. Then, you send in your battle plans. Make sure to put a lot of thought into them. Then, someone designated as a war moderater will take into account both plans from each side and write up a part of a battle. You read the battle, see how things went so far, and adjust your plans as you see fit. In the end, the army with the better overall strategy will usually win. Both fighters suffer casualties, the winner may recieve some rewards, and we move on. These wars are very suspenseful. We have some GREAT writers among us on the site, and they will be sure to make the battle as exciting as possible. Super Mushroom Kingdom Wars are truely a remarkable experience, a well thought out RP, and a great way to kill some time. So, if your not busy, come and join us on our site! You'll be sure to recieve the warmest of welcomes! (Because on our site, we actually like newbies!)
How's that? Too much information? There was a lot of stuff to sum up, and I didn't even cover all of it.

don't say instead of an army in the second post, people will assume that means no armies. say something else.
also, if we really do this, will have to be strict about who we let join. gamefaqs is full of morons, and we don't need idiots taking characters and being really terrible with them.

I'd add "Don't like mario? Well, that's fine, join The Wars, an alternate version where you can be just about any kind of group, from Antlions to Zombies!"
