Petey my ol' pal! Great to see ya!
And on a side note I really think before we start the new wars we should have a topic discussing the new rules and any questions we have about them.

Hm... I know that we had a topic where we all agreed on what the new rules will be... I think that bulbmin or WD has it saved...

Woo! Petey!
Anyway, I think we should demote Makuta and promote me. To balance it out. And to just get rid of the mod status completely, as it doesn't do much.

... FOUR Admins?! LUDICROUS!
But- I think that something needs to be done to the Mod position. Like give Mods some actual powers, rather than a fancy title.

Makuta was a mod, not an admin. So you couldn't promote Maka to balance it out, because that wouldn't make any sense.
Anyway, for the beggining of the new wars, I think we should have another set of elections, like we did that other time. Might be nice.

I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be a joke, bulb...
But now that you're here, you wouldn't happen to have the set of rules we agreed on way back when saved, do you?

Makuta was a mod, not an admin. So you couldn't promote Maka to balance it out, because that wouldn't make any sense. Admin=2 Mod=1 3 Admin + 2 Mod = 8 -1 Mod 3 Admin + 1 Mod = 7 - 1 Mod + 1 Admin 4 Admin =8

And since when did we agree on those numbers, hmm? And when should we have these elections? It'll need to be today or tomorrow... Also: # Factories need civilians to run them. 1000 Civilians are needed per factory. You start out with 1000 Civilians and gain 25 per day. A factory that can build any war machine takes 40 Days to make. Extra production lines take 15 Days per production line to make, and there can only be a maximum of 2 extra lines per Factory. # Civilians can be transferred into troops for emergency situations; Troops cannot be turned back into Civilians # You cannot start in another dimension. You can, however, start in space and/or move to another dimension. # You do not need helmets to breathe in space; possibly underwater as well. # Lower troop limit. Divide everything by four for new limits/troops gained per day etc. # Base defences are now built individually. That's the ones we agreed on, I think.

So, we'll need to clarify whether or not you can breathe underwater.
I personally say no. There are a plethora of aquatic units to do this for you.

but if that's the case, we need to bar underwater bases. a full army of water units will be invincible unless there's more than one, in which case one will eventually destroy the other, and then that one will be invincible. we should also say no amphibious units, and it has to be either water or land.

Or, we let units breathe underwater, and Amphibious units are so-so fighters. So, they're weaker on land than a melee troop, but they're stronger in the water than a melee troop. The reverse goes for the strictly aquatic troop.
But, to keep things simple, how bout no more breathing restrictions?
